Jacob (JJ) Emanuel is a Registered Psychotherapist and Master’s-level Marriage and Family Therapist based in Thornhill, Ontario. He works exclusively with men helping them make sense of what’s weighing them down and move forward with more clarity and purpose.
JJ’s approach is direct, collaborative, and free of therapy clichés. He specializes in supporting men dealing with work stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, fatherhood, anxiety, anger, and life transitions. His goal isn’t to fix anyone — it’s to create a space where men can slow down, get honest about what’s actually going on, and figure out what to do about it.
Virtual sessions are available province-wide across Ontario. In-person sessions are offered in Thornhill, serving the Greater Toronto Area.
